Our review system is more than plain flashcards. It tracks how well you did on each word or character last time, then times your next review for exactly when you’re about to forget it. Every learner ends up on their own personal review timeline.

Why timing the review matters

Cramming a word ten times in one sitting feels productive, but it doesn’t fight the natural forgetting curve — most of it fades within a day or two anyway. Spacing reviews out so each one lands right before you’d otherwise forget is what actually moves a word from short-term memory into long-term recall.

What this means day to day

Because the schedule adapts to how well you already know each item, no two students are reviewing the exact same set on the exact same day — a word you nailed on the first try gets spaced out further, while one you struggled with comes back sooner.
