Student Portal and Progress Tracking

You finish a quiz on your phone during your commute. By the time you get home, the score is already sitting on your dashboard. That’s the Student Portal. Every PCT Japanese Language Program student gets one, free, the moment they enroll.

See exactly where you stand

Open your dashboard and you’ll see a simple map of your whole journey. A1. Interview and Selection. A2. JFT-Basic Exam. A line shows you where you are right now on that map. Under it, you’ll find your recent quiz scores, your attendance record, and short notes from your teacher written in plain language, not just numbers on a page. If your attendance is slipping or a quiz score dipped, the dashboard tells you what that means and what to do next.

Study the way your brain actually remembers things

Your teacher unlocks quizzes as the class moves forward, so you’re always studying what’s actually being taught that week. Once you answer, the score goes straight to your dashboard. No lost papers, no waiting for a teacher to mark a stack of test sheets.

For vocabulary, PCT’s portal comes with digital flashcards built on the same method used by some of the world’s most effective study tools. Instead of flipping through every card every time, it shows you a word right before you’re about to forget it. That one habit, reviewing at the right moment instead of cramming, is what makes vocabulary stick for good.

Study on the jeepney, finish at home

Open your flashcards on your phone while you’re waiting for a ride. Pick up the same deck later on a laptop at home. Your progress follows you across devices automatically. No internet on the jeepney? The flashcards still work offline and sync the moment you’re back online.

A real teacher is still watching

This isn’t an app you’re left alone with. Your teacher sees your attendance, your scores, and your progress in real time, and can send you a note directly through the portal. The tools are digital. The guidance behind them is still a person who knows your class.

How to get it

Every enrolled PCT Japanese Language Program student receives free access to the Student Portal. Sign in with your Google account after enrollment to get your dashboard, quizzes, and flashcard decks. Ask your teacher or the program office for your login details on your first day of class.
